These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88bl platform and all its services. When you create an account on 88bl or use any service on this website, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms have been written in English so our Bangladeshi users can understand them easily.
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 1 Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility
To open an account on 88bl and use any of its services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You will create an account using your real information under your own name.
- You are not located in a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You do not have a mental impairment that prevents you from making sound decisions.
- You have not previously been permanently banned from 88bl.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may only create one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will result in the following consequences:
- All accounts will be closed immediately.
- All bonuses withdrawn from duplicate accounts and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Whether the original deposited funds are returned will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Section 2 Account Verification
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
88bl follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. You may be required to verify your identity before submitting a withdrawal request or after placing a certain amount in bets.
You may be required to submit any one of the following government-issued identity documents for verification:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Birth Certificate (where applicable)
2.2 Payment Method Verification
The payment method used on your account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer) must be registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted and may result in account closure.
Section 3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- All transactions are conducted in Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Deposits must be made from your own payment method only.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests will only be approved from verified accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be met for bonus-related withdrawals.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
3.3 Transaction Failures & Disputes
If a deposit or withdrawal fails for any reason, the 88bl Support team will assist you. For any transaction-related issues, please contact us via live chat or email. In the case of a failed transaction, funds generally return to the original source automatically.
Section 4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
88bl offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once. This bonus will be added automatically at the time of the first deposit.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
- The wagering multiplier for all bonuses is 10x (on the bonus amount).
- There is a set time limit to complete the wagering — you will be informed of this time after accepting the bonus.
- Certain games may contribute fully or partially toward bonus wagering.
- If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
88bl's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver tier: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Gold tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. The cashback amounts and the criteria for tier changes are determined by 88bl.
4.4 General Bonus Rules
- While one bonus offer is active, another bonus may not apply at the same time.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
- 88bl reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be closed.
Section 5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Sports Betting
88bl allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to all sports bets:
- A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled under alternative rules depending on the situation.
- After results are announced, changing a bet is not possible except in cases of clear error.
5.2 Casino Games
The following policy applies to slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games:
- The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — fair play is guaranteed.
- If the internet connection is lost, the result of an ongoing game will be saved on the server.
- Winnings resulting from abnormal outcomes caused by a software error may be voided.
- Game provider rules apply as a supplement to 88bl's rules.
Section 6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bl platform. If any such activity is detected, immediate account closure and fund forfeiture will follow:
- Creating or operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.
- Money laundering or any activity involving illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Account hacking, scamming, or defrauding other users.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities or using automated bots.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
- Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
- Bet manipulation or any activity related to match fixing.

7.1 Data Collection & Use
88bl collects your personal information solely for the purpose of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Your information will never be used for third-party advertising or unauthorized purposes.

- If a suspicious login is detected on the account, additional verification is triggered.

Section 8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability

Section 9 Account Closure & Restrictions
9.1 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure:
- Withdraw any remaining balance.

88bl may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
